Description:   Perennial shrub grows to 1 meter high with the fragrant leaves originated in South Africa was transplanted into Europe in the 17th century.  Later the French had the Africans grow it for the perfume industry. 
 
Common Uses:  Antidepressant, Anti septic, astringent, Cytophylactic (stimulates the cells to regenerate) diuretic, deodorant, tonic, and vulnerary.  I use for damaged nerve cells in combination with Lemon and Lavender.
