In this experiential class, we explore what grounding truly means and why it is essential for maintaining balance, clarity, and vitality in everyday life. Grounding helps anchor your energy, supports emotional stability, and strengthens your connection to the present moment—especially during times of stress or energetic overwhelm.

We also delve into energetic protection. In daily life, we are constantly interacting with other people, environments, and situations that can unintentionally drain or disrupt our energy. Learning how to protect your energetic field helps preserve your newly cultivated energy and supports a clear, strong connection to Source. Intent plays a key role in this process, and you will learn how conscious intention can enhance both grounding and protection practices.

This class includes education on essential oils that best support grounding, why they work, and how to use them safely and effectively. Each participant will receive a 12 ml bottle of a Grounding blend to support their personal practice.
