Shipping fees
Enlightened Oils offers free shipping if the order before taxes and shipping fees is over $149
Ground regular is 3-5 days expedited is 2-3 days call for overnight rates
Canadian orders are sent by Canada Post
Rates depend on destination and will be $20-30
To International destinations:
USA we go through an agency that drives it down to Sweetgrass MT USA then it goes by USPS to continental USA (not Hawaii and Alaska)
(better rates than Canada Post)

For other destinations I would quote you before we ship
Duties in other countries will be charged on their end when you receive the package.
Sometimes if the package is excessive in weight being over 17 kg a shared shipping rate for the orders.
No surcharges or handling fees will apply
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns of un-opened products; if a product is opened we are not able to accept it. All returns require prior authorization from Enlightened Oils. Just call and discuss the issue. When a bottle has been opened especially if its Organic the integrity of the oil can be compromised. There for we could not then resell it as Organic status. The time limit is 30 days from purchase.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) we will gladly cover the return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs to replace your item(s).
