This is from Western Australia and the roots of this tree have to attach to another species and takes up top 40 years to come to maturity and there adds to the cost of the oil.  This oil only became prized in Europe during the last 200 years for its aromatic benefits. 
Highly revered as a Meditation oil as it quietens the mind chatter like Frankincense and both are considered higher frequency oils and are included in my Meditation blend.
Also known for skin care issues especially where heat is involved or inflammation or loss of moisture or elasticity., exzema or psoriasis.  Good also for chronic respiratory issues like bronchitis and dry cough you can add to a carrier and apply to the chest and back.
