Clove Bud Eugenia caryophyllata An evergreen tree 15 m has scenty red flower with purple fruit. The trees can keep producing for 150 years. First recorded use was in 220 BC in China and was used to sweeten the breath. There are 2 other oils created from the cloves and one is from the leaves, and the other from the stems.
