This product was created as an Outdoor Spray and does a good job.  I use Lavender, Tea Tree, Cypress, Lemongrass and Cedarwood Atlas.  Mixed with an emulsifer and distilled water.   
 
Easy and safe to use on children, pets and all ages.  However for babies avoid their hands and feet as they tend to put them in their mouth.  Just spray the basinet or carriage you are transporting them in and over their clothes. 
 
Please note:  you may have to apply if out for extended periods of time and after any water sports.
