The kit consists of 7 essential oils: Basil (12ml), Birch (12ml), Cypress (12ml), Marjoram (5 ml), Oregano (5ml), Peppermint(12ml), and Thyme (5ml). Also I include 3 blends, Braveheart (5ml) for alignment, Active Blend (12ml) for Sports type issues and Birch Blend (12ml) for bone issues. A 60ml bottle of Unrefined Avocado oil is included since its one of the best carrier oils for benefiting the layering process.
