This rub is for toddlers to 10 years old, I use a specific Eucalyptus which is safe for that age group.  
 
Consists of Organic Shea and Cocoa butters, Beeswax local, Apricot Kernel and Almond and Jojoba oils Organic, Vit E and essential oils of Eucalyptus Young Leaves (no 1,8 cineole) Lavender, Basil, Tea Tree and Pine all Organic. 
 
Apply to chest and back 2-3 times for sure before bed.
