For today its recommended for people facing emotional challenging events like funerals, divorces, interviews, confrontations, and when you feel you’ve had a bad day. Its spiritually uplifting, invokes courage and apply as needed.  In a base of Fractionated Coconut oil at 20%.  I have in 5 and 12 ml blends as well.
