Contains:  Birch or Wintergreen, Cypress, Tea Tree, Lemongrass, B. Pepper, Ginger, Thyme and Peppermint.  Formerly Bone and Joint Blend.
 
One of my first blends I created for the massage industry and excellent for therapists to use on their arthritic patients. The warming agents create more blood cells to the area allowing for the red cells to bring healing properties to the area.  Decreases the sense of pain topically.  Birch was used by the indigenous peoples they used the bark and steamed it applying to compresses over joint or broken bone areas.  Part of the Aroma Detox Massage Kit as well and Therapist Starter Kit.
