Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. As a mobile service provider, travel time and scheduling are carefully planned to accommodate each client. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing contagious symptoms, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. Please ensure your space is prepared and accessible at the scheduled appointment time to allow for the full treatment session.
